Information we collect
We collect the contact, organization, operational-context, and request details that you choose to provide. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card details, or confidential inventory data in ordinary enquiry forms.
Why we use it
OX Labs uses the information to review, route, respond to, and keep an accountable record of ITS V.Pro demo, pricing, contact, support, partnership, security, Academy-interest, seminar-interest, and training requests. These interest requests are not subscriptions to general marketing emails.
Optional email updates
You can separately choose practical inventory updates when a new guide or event is ready. We send a confirmation email first; you are not subscribed until you confirm. An Academy, seminar, training or trial enquiry does not subscribe you. We record your email address, consent choice and confirmation time, and use delivery events to stop sending after a bounce, complaint or unsubscribe. Every guide or event update will include an unsubscribe route. Questions or replies about updates go to updates@its-vpro.com.
Anonymous site activity
We count guide views, worksheet downloads, clicks toward the software trial request, and enquiry starts by day, page and broad traffic source. These totals do not contain names, email addresses, persistent visitor identifiers or full referrer URLs. A visit or click may include repeated activity and does not prove a signup or trial start.
How requests are identified
Each enquiry submission is stored with the product, request type, source page, submission time, and a unique reference number. Automated notification failure does not delete the stored request.
Who manages the information
OX Labs centrally manages ITS V.Pro correspondence. Access to stored requests and subscribers is restricted to authorized personnel who require it for response, support, security, or administration.
Retention and rights
Requests and subscriber records are retained only for legitimate operational, contractual, support, security, and legal needs. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact itsvpro@oxlabs.africa.
Safety
Do not submit credentials, payment details, or confidential operational exports. If a support investigation later requires files, the team will provide an appropriate secure method.
