The observed Development administrator navigation contains Store Requisitions, SR Approvals, Purchase Orders, LPO Approvals and GRN Receiving. The exact sequence, statuses and controls depend on the role and setup; the navigation alone does not establish a completed workflow.
1. Begin with a clear need
Identify the item, quantity, unit and reason for the request. Review what is already available before treating a request as a purchase. Keep the source record so the later decision can be explained.
2. Follow the applicable review
Check who is responsible for reviewing or approving each stage in your organization. A submitted requisition is not automatically an approved purchase order. Preserve any changed quantity and the decision that explains it.
3. Compare the actual delivery
When goods arrive, compare the physical items, units and quantities with the approved source record. Record a difference through the receiving process available to your role. Ordered quantities should not be described as stock on hand before receipt is recorded.
4. Review the stock outcome
After an authorized receipt is complete, identify the receipt reference and the resulting stock record where your setup provides them. If a step is pending, cancelled or disputed, state that status rather than implying the process finished.
