Free product lesson 04
Find your stock-count work.
A guided orientation to the stock-count workspace shown in ITS V.Pro Development. Your available actions depend on your role and business setup.

Counting and investigating a difference
The written lesson is available now. The video will be added here after it is recorded, reviewed and captioned.
1. Enter the right branch
From your authorized workspace, check which business and branch you are viewing. Stock-count records belong to that operational context, so confirm it before reviewing a session.
2. Open Stock Counts
In the application’s Operations navigation, choose “Stock Counts.” The overview shows the current work-period, session, approval and exception summaries. Use the focused links rather than expecting one page to contain every action.
3. Review Count Sessions
Choose “Count Sessions” to view the operational list. The available filters include program, status, search and date range. If no sessions appear, check the filters and setup; an empty list does not prove that a count was completed or lost.
4. Follow the right review path
Use “Count Setup” or “Bucket Assignment” for preparation, “Review & Approval” for sessions awaiting a decision, and “Exceptions” for issues needing attention. The visible controls and permissions vary by role. Do not use a create or approval action until your team’s procedure is clear.
